Women's Spa Day on Beech Mountain

The Town of Beech Mountain is showing some appreciation for the ladies who brave the snow and ice of winter to visit our mile-high community.  On Sunday, January 22nd, 2012, there will be a free Women's Spa Day at the Beech Mountain Town Hall, from 11 a.m. until 2 in the afternoon.  Yes, you read that correctly:  Free services will include massage, yoga, meditation, healthy snacks, and beauty treatments.  Drop in for an hour or stay all day.

Yay! Online Grocery Shopping Now Available at Banner Elk's Lowes Foods

Great News!  


Now you can spend less of your precious Beech Mountain get-away time in a grocery store, but still get all the provisions you need for your hungry group of family and friends.  Lowes Foods in Banner Elk (about 25 mins' drive from Beech Mountain Bliss) is now offering the Lowes Foods To Go service, so you can order your groceries ahead of time online and just drop by at a pre-arranged time to pick 'em up.  They actually bring them out to you in your car!
